Shipping Policy
This page explains our production timeline, order processing time, shipping methods, and estimated delivery times by destination.
1. Shipping Regions & Free Shipping Thresholds
We ship internationally via SF Express International.
- Free Shipping: Free worldwide shipping on all orders over USD $79.
- Flat Rate Shipping: A flat shipping fee of USD $10 will be applied to all orders under $79.
Note: During checkout, the system will automatically convert USD to your local currency based on real-time exchange rates.
2. Production & Order Processing Time
Please note: Total Delivery Time = Production/Processing Time + Transit Time.
In-stock Items (Standard Products)
No production time required. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Customized / Embroidered Items
- Customization Preparation: Approximately 3 business days.
- Production Time: Approximately 5–7 business days, depending on the complexity of the order.
Note: Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in the shipping origin and destination regions.
3. Estimated Shipping Time by Destination
The following refers to transit time after the package has been dispatched and does not include production or processing time.
- United Kingdom (UK): 5–10 business days
- United States / Canada / Australia: 6–12 business days
- Northern Ireland: 6–14 business days
- Mexico & other eligible countries: 8–15 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, extreme weather, or local courier operations.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes required by their destination country.
These charges are collected by the local government and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
5. Shipping Method & Order Tracking
- Official Carrier: SF Express International.
- Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be automatically sent to your registered email address.
- Support: If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days after dispatch, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
